These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through theundf.com. Please read them before placing an order.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; a binding contract is formed once we accept and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through HitPay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after payment is received in full.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Malaysia and, where offered, internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theundf.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only amend orders that have not yet been dispatched.
